Studio Policy

Open studios membership card: Students can use their hours with flexibility within opening hours in place however students who will not have visited the studio for more than a year in a row will lose their prepaid hours without possible refund. 

Refund: Terra Ceramics will not issue refund in the event of a workshop or membership card cancellation but whenever possible will try to reallocate the said hours to a different time. 

Students' unclaimed pieces: Students are responsible for signing their pieces. Pieces unsigned will be considered abandoned. Pieces signed but unclaimed will be offered as glaze tests after 3 months.
